Customer Care Specialist
At Boomerang, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience for an important multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the center of Barcelona.
What will your challenges be?
- Design, implement and ensure the monitoring of the front-office Customer Care to guarantee an excellent experience to our customers at the lowest cost.
- Monitor dashboard (KPIs) of key processes.
- Be a Key user of Salesforce.
- Being the link between the Customer Care Area and the different areas of Isdin (Commercial, Marketing, IT, Finance, Quality) to ensure that the defined business actions can be executed excellently.
- Ensure effective management of the Contact Center.
- External orientation: conduct benchmarking (processes, service providers, work tools) and attend Customer Experience events/seminars.

- Languages: C1 English
