As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Be actively involved in the deal flow management process.
• Conduct extensive and deep startups due diligence.
• Deal structuring for venture debt and convertible notes.
• Active role in drafting investment memos and preparing materials to be presented in the investment committee.
• Active role in preparing investor reporting materials.
• Portfolio management. Foster synergies across portfolio companies.
• Foster relationships with the main domestic and international VC investors and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

• 5 to 7 years of previous experience in investment banking and/or consulting at a top tier firm.
• Previous experience in the venture capital and/or startups ecosystem is a plus.
• Previous experience in sustainability and managing climate technologies.
• Highly analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the digital sector and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross- functional teams.
• Ability to present complex information in simple terms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong skills within project management, critical thinking, communication and administration.
